Position Summary: The Retail Keyholder of a dispensary is responsible for Supervisor in overseeing a team of 40 or more dispensary employees. The position is responsible for assisting with the retail operations of the dispensary while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. You will work directly with the other Keyholders, Supervisor, Assistant General Managers, General Manager, and
District Manager to ensure the building is safely operating at all times. The scope of this position includes all opening and closing responsibilities as well as day-to-day floor operations.

Responsibilities:
The procedure for hiring a keyholder revolves around a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, qualitative and quantitative skills, and the following attributes:

● Organizational and documentation skills
● The leadership of Retail employees
● Manage store operations in the absence of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and

Supervisor including daily activities, ringing out customers, floor greeting, maintenance, training, and customer complaints while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal inspection, billing, or licensing requirements.

● May be required to be on-call and to respond to emergency situations at any time. This may include scheduling issues and potentially covering a vacant shift.

● Knowledge of the strains we carry, their effects on the human body, contraindications, customer education, etc.

● Ability to use Microsoft Office products, email, and other software applications such as the seed-to-sale tracking software

● Monitoring cash, performing drops, closing drawers, voiding transactions, processing returns, and applying employee discounts.

● Conducting weekly dry goods such as office supplies, cleaning supplies, and accessory audits and communicating needs to General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Supervisor

● Monitoring sales by Retail Agents for accurate weights and proper products
● Inspire staff to constantly bring the best possible service to our guests
● Employee development and productivity liaison (Assessing employee knowledge and comfort in role. Picking up on potential issues and relaying them to management).

● Overseeing staff breaks, shift cuts, delegating side work and closing tasks
Other duties may be assigned by the District Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, or

Supervisor according to Company needs.

Required Qualifications:

● Two or more years of retail experience

● Open availability

● Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

● Beginner METRC Knowledge

● Retail experience

● Associates degree
