NOV Fiber Glass Systems provides composite piping systems, fittings, and structures to the water and waste water industries as well as oil and gas, chemical, marine, offshore, fuel handling, and mining industries.
Our Ridgefield, WA Fiberglass Systems location produces specialty composite fabrications and is seeking motivated team members to join our Global Family for an immediate job opportunity as an Entry Level Laminator / Assembler! You will be trained in the hands-on application and process for producing customized products for the waste water industry, world-wide.
This position is currently scheduled Monday - Friday, 5am-1 : 30pm.
This position is located in Ridgefield, WA and plays an integral part in creating finished parts through safe and quality fabrication or assembly of component parts in this Specialty Fabrication facility.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates equipment needed to perform job
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Utilize safe work habits
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all NOV HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all NOV Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Capable of reading blue-prints.
- Factory environment with large range in temperature changes.
- Standing, Walking, Bending / Stooping, Push / Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily.
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
