Position: Entry-Level Sales Representative

Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of fertilizer products to agricultural and horticultural businesses across Texas. This position requires a significant amount of travel (50%), allowing you to explore and grow our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers in the agriculture, horticulture, nursery, and landscaping sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Nousbo USA Inc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% travel required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,034.27 - $55,439.13 per year
