Nourison is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst Near Saddle Brook, NJ
Nourison is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team located in Saddle Brook, NJ. The primary responsibilities in this role are to manage all facets of accounts receivable relationships for assigned customer accounts such as retail chains, department stores and eCommerce accounts to ensure incoming payments are received and processed in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor AR aging reports
- Follow up with customers regarding past due payments via email, phone calls and customer portals.
- Reconcile customer accounts.
- Scrutinize account details to find and correct discrepancies.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable/Invoicing within a Wholesale/Manufacturing (B2B) environment.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word Outlook)
- Ability to effectively work independently
- Experience accessing customer portals to open cases, file claims and dispute chargebacks
- Experience with EDI, Commerce Hub, Radial and Vendor Net is a definite plus
