POSITION TITLE: Painter / Carpentry Technician

DESCRIPTION:

Nouria Energy is a fast paced, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating over 180 locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated Maintenance imaging technician lead who can work autonomously and ensure c-stores stores throughout the company network stay maintained by completing work orders administered by the Maintenance Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.

· Provide Imaging services to the Nouria locations your manager assigns you tasks needed to be performed.

· Perform general interior and exterior painting, light carpentry, power washing of stores, canopies, fueling pads, sidewalks, canopy and store gutter cleaning, canopy sealing and minor repairs, line striping of parking lots, and other image related tasks.

· Always maintain a high level of professionalism while working with other store employees or dealing with customers on site.

· Flexibility to travel as our stores are spread out throughout New England. Overnight accommodation will be necessary at times, this will be at the expense of the company.

· Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

· Work out of company vehicle that you are responsible to maintain and keep clean, including provided tools and equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· High School diploma required.

· 3 years in construction trades or facility management position that includes, not limited to, painting, power washing, light carpentry, and other imaging skills deemed necessary.

· Time management skills with ability to manage scheduled work with minimum supervision and complete on a timely manner with the most professional outcome..

· Strong leadership skills necessary to lead, mentor, and develop other techs that work under your supervision.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Ability to climb ladders including heights of 24 feet.

· Ability to work on aerial lifts, booms, and bucket trucks.

Salary will be based upon individual’s experience level and ability. A wide range of benefits are offered.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
