Nottingham Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in Northumberland is seeking a Part Time Receptionist.

Hours Required: Evenings and Every Other Weekend

(Approx. 30-40 hours per 2 weeks pay period)

A successful candidate must have good telephone etiquette and must be able to carry a professional demeanor in a fast paced environment. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, operate standard office equipment, and must be dependable and organized.

Computer and Office experience required, previous switchboard experience is a plus.

Administrative Duties:

• Stocking supplies
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors
