Position Overview:

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple locations within your assigned region. You will work closely with store managers, ensuring the effective implementation of company strategies, policies, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to store managers within the region
• Implement and execute company strategies to achieve business objectives
• Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness and customer experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams
• Lead initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
• Ensure consistency in branding, merchandising, and customer service across the region
• Address and resolve operational challenges in a timely and effective manner

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in regional management
• Restaurant experience preferred
