Sales and Service Representative position will be located at
12307 West Center Road in Omaha, Nebraska . It is responsible for processing transactions in the branch, facilitating customer awareness of bank resources, and supporting the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

Responsibilities:
The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Providing assistance with account servicing needs
Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs
Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience:
6 months customer service experience
Preferred Skills :
Sales,
Knowledge of retail banking products and services
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
