DISHWASHER / UTILITY - PART TIME

Nothing Bundt Cakes (Tulsa) is open Monday to Friday from 9 : 00AM to 7 : 00PM, Saturdays from 10 : 00AM to 6 : 00PM, and Sundays from 11 : 00AM to 4 : 00PM.

We are located at 7890 E. 106th Place, Bldg. V, Suite 10, Tulsa OK 74133 in The Vineyard Shopping Center.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Dishwasher / Utility plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. The Nothing Bundt Cakes Dishwasher / Utility is a vital role to our bakery team.

Please note that this is for a Part Time Dishwasher / Utility position at the Tulsa location.

Education and Work Requirements :

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience necessary. We will train on site.
• Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant setting is a plus.
• Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit after being hired.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a timely manner, adhering to standards.
• Monitor sanitization to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Gather and remove trash, sweep and mop floors, clean floor drains.
• Perform routine cleaning of walk-in freezer, walk-in refrigerator, ovens, and bathroom.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation to ensure all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared and stocked.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Must maintain an accurate use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure there is no unnecessary waste
• Assist in unloading, processing, and storage of supply deliveries.
• Support other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Work Availability :

• Must be available to work 20-30 hours a week.
• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts between 10 : 00AM and 6 : 00PM on weekdays.
• Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays if needed due to higher business volume.
• Must be able to work additional hours during the holiday season as needed : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.

Skills and Abilities :

• Is able to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructions such as operating procedures and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
• Has the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks that require the use of the arms, hands and fingers.
• Has the ability to lift moderate to heavy items repetitively (up to 50lbs).
• Has the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting, while still maintaining work environment standards and health and safety practices.
• Possesses and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize the workload.
