Norwell Veterinary Hospital is ready to hire a part-time Veterinary Receptionist for our front desk team.
Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in maintaining our reputation in the community and supporting our clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Greeting clients
- Processing payments
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, but we ask for a commitment to rotating evenings and Saturday shifts. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
