Education/Training:

Social Work Degree or Related Field

Licensure:
Current MA licensure as LSW, LCSW, LICSW

Previous Experience:
Experience working within skilled nursing facility/hospice setting as a social worker required. Licensed social workers, licensed clinical social workers, and licensed independent clinical social workers considered.
