Norton Clinical Agency offers Medical Laboratory Technician & Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist flexible scheduling and competitive pay while being a part of the Norton Healthcare team.

We are now offering four options:

Medical Laboratory Technician Float positions for individuals who live in the Louisville-Metro area:

* Opportunity to earn $46 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments

* Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience

* Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN)

* Flexible employment options

Medical Laboratory Technician Traveler positions for individuals who live 75 miles outside the Louisville-Metro are:

* Opportunity to earn $36 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments

* Receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay

* Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience

* Flexible employment options

Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist Float positions for individuals who live in the Louisville-Metro area:

* Opportunity to earn $50 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments

* Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience

* Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN)

* Flexible employment options

Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist Traveler positions for individuals who live 75 miles outside the Louisville-Metro are:

* Diploma Medical Laboratory Technician

* Medical Laboratory Technician

Required for Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist:

* Diploma Medical Technology

* Bachelor Degree Medical Technology

* One of: MLS or MT
