The Warehouse & Logistics Operations Coordinator directly oversees and is responsible for the receipt and distribution of all supply delivery and storage for Norton Healthcare’s (NHC) CPA Lab warehouse, which services NHC’s CPA Lab and outside facility clients. The position provides for the planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating of all activities concerned with services, material and inventory procurement requirements of CPA Lab. Ensuring each department receives requisitioned products and supplies in a timely manner to the correct department. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying, quantifying and implementing supply process efficiencies and supply savings opportunities. Maintains an optimal work environment that supports lean operations. Responsible for optimization and ongoing execution of Abbott Inventory Management System, Lawson, OnBase and Workday materials management software.

Required:

• Two years in inventory control, distribution, procurement or accounts payable
• Associate Degree

Desired:

• Three years Clinical Lab healthcare experience.
• Six Sigma Certified Green Belt OR Six Sigma Certified Black Belt
