Northwood is hiring for the position of Program Supervisor at Rockridge Academy

The Program Supervisor in Community Services functions as the administrator and supervisor of the community program they are assigned to. The Program Supervisor is a member of the Community Services leadership team.

Primary duties include the planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and promoting of activities that will achieve the agency’s objectives for the program. The Program Supervisor is responsible for oversight of individualized treatment to each student in the program, including providing individual, group, and family therapy, and managing referrals. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for the coaching, development and supervision of program staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in residential treatment or two year's experience in other related human services field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two year's work experience in child and youth services or a related field.
• Master's degree in social services field
• Mental Health professional license or clinical trainee
• Previous supervisory experience
