Northwood Children's Services is currently looking to fill the position of Case Manager at the West campus!
General Description
The Case Manager job on a team(s) is responsible for all meetings, paperwork and keeping student files updated and works in unison with the Team Supervisor to run a successful team. The Team Supervisor will focus on staff schedules, staff training, and team development. The primary duties of the case manager include but not limited to: planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating functions that achieve team and organizational objectives in regards to paperwork, meetings, reports, communication with parents, county and other stakeholders in each case, attending psychiatry consultations and making sure the student files are up to date. The Case Manager is a member of the Cabinet Team and is responsible to know, utilize and teach core values to Northwood students, staff, families, and outside providers.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in residential treatment
or
2 years' experience in other related human services work
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
