Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Associate located in Carmel, IN. As a Business Operations Associate, you will be responsible for account maintenance and management of all investment accounts, investment paperwork and applications, and business support for financial advisors. A strong candidate for this role will have a high sense of follow-through, ability to work well with others, great attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while being effective and timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; strongly preferred
• Prior administrative or office work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Interest in learning on a continuous basis
