40 hours a week, 7:00AM–11:00AM, 1 hour lunch, 12:00PM–4:00PM. In office, no remote work.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate Wealth Management Advisor specializes in client service to execute efficient processing of investment paperwork, servicing existing clients’ accounts, and assisting with limited planning to allow the Financial Advisor to focus energy on building client relationships. No sales duties required, but you will talk with clients regularly to gather information and answer questions.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
· $50,000/yr salary, then $55,000/yr salary after passing Series 7 & Series 66 Exams
o Annual reviews for inflation/performance raises
· 6 hours of Paid Time Off earned per month (equals 9 full PTO days a year)
· New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day automatically days off
· 6 months after start date, access to SIMPLE IRA with 1:1 matching up to 3%
· Employer-sponsored health insurance beginning January 1, 2025
Qualifications
· Reliable, trainable, fast learner and strong attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and on a team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality, must pass background check and fingerprints
· College education not needed, experience not needed, no age preference
