Northwestern Mutual is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Loveland, CO

Perspective Wealth Advisors (PWA), a high-growth financial planning firm under Northwestern Mutual, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes, providing exceptional support to our Principal/Wealth Management Advisor, Steven Weigandt, and the broader PWA team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Organization: Develop and maintain efficient processes to support business operations.

2. Calendar and Email Management: Coordinate all aspects of the Principal's calendar and email communications.

3. Task Accountability: Provide support to ensure the Principal's tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

4. Personal Calendar Assistance: Assist with personal calendar matters for the Principal as needed.

5. Task and Project Coordination: Develop and implement systems to ensure task and project completion, as well as effective communication within the team.

6. Team Administration: Support the administrative needs of the entire PWA team.

7. Financial Support: Assist with financial management and organization tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required, with at least 3 years of professional work experience. Financial services industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to coach others on organizational skills.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel), QuickBooks, and Canva, with the ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
  • Proactivity: Self-starter with the initiative to work independently and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Curious and eager to increase knowledge through continuing education and research.

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) after 6 months of employment, generous PTO, and paid group volunteer opportunities.
  • In-office Team Environment: Ability to commute to our office located at 1615 Foxtrail Drive, Suite 260, Loveland, CO 80538.
