Ready to join our quest for better?Job DescriptionThe Photographer/Videographer Communications Intern will assist with all photo and video creative needs of NM Communications through planning, executing, and collaborating with writers and Production Services. The Photographer/Videographer Intern will be responsible for capturing, editing and delivering photos and videos to support communications articles and materials. This position will work with our entire Communications team and will directly report to the Production Services Manager.Responsibilities:Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support communications and social media posts by audience, including employee, leader, physician, nursing, consumer and patient.Assist with maintaining brand and voice guidelines while meeting communication requirementsContact HR and/or office of physician credentials to verify employees in photos and videos are in good standingAssist with curating photos/videos for events, stand-alone campaigns, and other projectsOrganize and manage assets (uploading, backup)Other duties as assignedQualifications:[The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education and/or hands-on experience necessary to perform each essential responsibility.] Degree-seeking studentDisplays excellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in photography techniques, including lighting, audio/video editingAbility to provide photography and photo editing for social media and/or websiteAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as neededAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to self-manage scheduling from multiple requestors, meeting deadlinesAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel to NM locations when needed.
