Job DescriptionThe Director of Nursing Professional Practice reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Director of Nursing Professional Practice leads a team of professional that are accountable for Magnet designation, interprofessional research, student and school partnerships and nursing practice activities. This position is responsible for oversight of these activities at four Northwestern Medicine community hospitals.
