The Charge Nurse serves as a teacher, clinician, resource person and quality control agent.QualificationsMust be registered in Illinois. Minimum of three years medical/surgical required. BSN preferred. Must be committed to leadership and problem-solving ability. Possess excellent patient care, staff recruitment-retention-development, and performance improvement.
