Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Duties:
- Identify and analyze potential markets and target customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
