Pay range: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour

About this position:

The Administrative Specialist provides routine to complex administrative support for Bozeman and South Dakota Warehouses.

About this job:

* Perform clerical and administrative duties for Bozeman and Huron warehouses

* Scan, file, enter, and maintain specific department records for retention

* Answer the telephone and respond to clients, supervisors, and staff members questions

* Perform all other projects and job-related tasks as requested

* Assist Storekeeper with monthly SAP reporting and special projects

* Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
