Crane Operator Job Description:

Specializing in mobilization and demobilization of boom trucks, truck cranes and all terrain cranes ranging from 55T to 300T capacities. We execute an impressive 2,000 projects annually, placing paramount importance on safety and continuous education. The ideal candidate will operate equipment in strict adherence to NCCCO guidelines, manufacturer's standards, and our company's safety protocols. Collaboration with rigging crews and a commitment to upholding project timelines while ensuring top-notch workmanship are essential for success in this role.

Job Shift and Schedule: Full time Monday - Friday 

Preferred Job Qualifications: 

  • Valid & Current Drivers License 
  • Crane Operating experience and certification preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team or independent setting 
  • Abillity to interpret project specifications
  • Attention to detail and prescision in work 
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Ability to travel Instrastate
  • OSHA 10, DOT Medical Card, and Class A CDL Certified 
  • Ability to work out of town 1 week per month
  • Valid and current NCCCO Certification (TLL endorsed) 

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Mobilization & Demobilization Of Boom Trucks, Truck Cranes, & All Terrain Cranes Ranging From 55T – 300T 
  2. Operate cranes in a safe and efficient manner, following all NCCCO guidelines, manufacturer’s guidelines, and company safety protocols. 
  3. Perform daily inspections of the crane and associated equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the maintenance team. 
  4. Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on job sites as directed by the project manager or supervisor. 
  5. Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication devices. 
  6. Collaborate with the rigging crew to ensure proper attachment and securement of loads. 
  7. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
