Northwest Surgical Arts, LLC is Hiring a Practice Administrator Near Eugene, OR

We are looking for a practice administrator!
Do you have medical/dental administrative expertise to run the day-to-day operations of a busy practice? We are looking for someone fun, energetic, kind, and motivated to come lead our team! We have a team of 2 doctors and about 20 staff members who are focused on excellence in patient care.
Job duties:
Overseeing all aspects of the practice; managing quality and safety control standards, financial planning, and budgeting; leading third party payor contracts and negotiations; managing team leaders, team members, schedules, payroll preparation; patient care management; maintaining EMR; ensuring compliance with HIPAA and OSHA laws, MD licensure/CE, and credentialing.
Qualifications: 
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Degree in Business Administration (BA) or equivalent preferred.
• Practice Management, minimum of one year experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or dental office.
• Knowledge of medical/dental terminology and medical practices.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with knowledge of Word and Excel
• Must be able a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with focus and efficiency.
• Management experience leading a mid-sized team.
• Able to work full time in an office environment.
