Looking for a position you can use your DSP/behavior tech experience at? We are looking for three experienced Graveyard Shift Direct Support Professionals. You must have caregiving experience working with high behavior individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work in the client's home in the Lacey/Olympia area. We have a 12am-8am shift open.

*New hire bonus: $500 once you have worked your first 90 days then another $500 when you have completed your first 6 months of work. *

• $20.00/hour
• 2 day on/ 2 day off/ every other weekend schedule
• Shift is 12am-8am ( 24-32 hours/week)
• Must have at least 6-8 months caregiving experience with high behavior adults
• Paid caregiver training (daytime training)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist adult clients with their personal care - personal hygiene and grooming
• Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable
• Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals
• Accompany clients to scheduled appointments and activities such as going to the beach, the movies, shopping at the mall, etc.
• Remind and assist clients with self-administration of medications
• Document services provided using computer software
• Agency Requirements:
• -Be at least 18 Years or older
• Must be able to provide proof of current Covid vaccination record
• Be Able to Pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check
• Must be available for daytime training classes
• Have or obtain your CPR/First Aid (paid training provided)
• Have the Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for periods of time, turn, twist
• Good verbal and written communication skills
