: Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Lead Medical Oxygen Service Technician to join our team. This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions.

A day in the life:

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length
• Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient's residence.
• Conduct Training for new Service Technicians, hands-on with new techs and any new techs from other branches that may come to their branch and providing on-going training as needed to existing Service Technicians.
• Participate in training aspects for new Branch/Regional Managers training.
• Facilitate the Customer Follow-Up for branch customers. Organize both phone follow ups and in-person follow ups.

Our top candidate will have:

• Current state issued Class C CDL or higher with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Clear criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
• Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical
  • Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily. (Up to 165lbs.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• A desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life
