NORTHWEST REGISTERED AGENT is Hiring a Document Specialist Near Springfield, IL

Northwest Registered Agent is looking to add to our team in our Springfield, Illinois office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly office and be part of a dynamic team. We are seeking self-motivated and self-starters who can also demonstrate patience and adaptability. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, working in the office alongside an awesome set of teammates.

In this fast-paced position, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Starting Wage: $18.50/hour $2/hour in office increase

This position is coded as "Office Only" which requires daily in office attendance. You will receive an additional $2/hour to your base wage. This stipend is subject to change based on change in your role or business decision.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize, process, open, sort, scan, and track inbound mail and Service of Process. Process, ship, and track outbound mail.
  • Retrieve and upload required or missing client account information or documentation into company software.
  • Keep client files up to date by consistently recording client interactions and documentation.
  • Manage and submit state filings within set timelines.
  • Communicate in a clear and timely manner with clients and internal teams when problems arise or assistance is needed.
  • Clearly and professionally answer inbound client inquiries over the phone and via email; helping educate clients on their corporate filing requirements, registered agent service, and a variety of other services.
  • Learn and retain knowledge on document processing guidelines, filing specific requirements, and company services.
  • Hit position metrics for mail processing, filings, and client support with no/minimal errors.
  • As part of a small office team, identify and drive process improvements and support teammates and office as needed with a variety of daily tasks from opening/closing the building to ordering supplies.
  • Ability to drive a truck to deliver documents to the Secretary of State Office.

  • Strong computer skills and comfortable conducting online research and troubleshooting issues
  • Eager and interested in learning more about our business and solving client problems

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Available to work in office daily, Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
