Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our office. In addition, there would be cleaning between tenants moving in/out of the properties we manage.

Duties:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing custodial duties

Requirements:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning practices and techniques

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying objects

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
