Are you an experienced, detail-oriented mortgage loan processor who can successfully aid applicants in navigating the mortgage lending process? If so, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team. If you’re interested in a dynamic position on a well-established and successful lending team, look no further; apply now! Compensation:

$55,000 plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Lock rates
  • Send out disclosures
  • Request and gather appropriate paperwork for underwriting
  • Follow-up effectively with clients
  • Submit files to underwriting
  • Quickly clear conditions and move a file to closing
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout the process
  • Help clients have a smooth closing
  • Serve as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close
Qualifications:

  • Has the ability to work in-office, at our Eagle, ID location
  • Experience in processing is a must !
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic environment implementing systems and processes
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Takes initiative, is highly independent, and is able to work under limited supervision
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, working under timelines and deadlines
  • Detail-focused, systems-oriented, and able to prioritize accordingly
  • Solution-oriented and anticipates needs, service-focused
  • Approach duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, and integrity
  • Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, forward-thinking
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities

  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
