Playing a critical role on our health care team, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) support clinicians and other team members while performing nursing duties and additional administrative tasks. You’ll work directly with patients or speak with them on the phone or online to help meet their needs and contribute to a positive care experience. You’ll also provide nursing assessments to triage patients based on their health conditions.
Shift : Day
Job Schedule : Full-time
Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
Basic Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience with providing culturally responsive care to Black patients. Culturally responsive care incorporates an awareness of potential barriers to accessing services and care that may result in poor health outcomes.
- Two (2) years of experience addressing racial health disparities and improving health outcomes of Black patients. Implementing care delivery and social support models aimed at achieving health equity for the Black community.
- Two (2) years of experience implementing or providing direct services/support through or in partnership with organizations that serve the Black community.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- This job requires credentials from multiple states. Credentials from the primary work state are required before hire. Additional Credentials from the secondary work state(s) are required post hire.
- Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire
- Practical Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
