Position: Insurance Coordinator
Report to: Practice Administrator
Job Summary: Manages the accounts receivable; Prepares financial costs and arranges payments for patient treatments; Controls insurance information, communication with insurance companies, and insurance claim filing; Otherwise performs clerical work and minor administrative and business detail

Special Requirements: Attention to detail, Protocol with referring offices
Hours: Approx 32-40 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Must be willing to travel to Bellingham 2 days a week and Mount Vernon 2 days a week. Administrative duties every other Monday 9:00am-4:00pm.
Benefits: Medical/Vision/Dental offered after 90 day probational period. Paid vacation (time accruing on day 1 of hire, available after 1 year of employment).'
