  Become a full-time member of the integrative healthcare team at our Traverse City clinic. The Physician (MD or DO) at Northwest Michigan Health Services, Inc. (NMHSI) is responsible for the provision of direct patient care at the NMHSI clinic site to which they are assigned. The Physician provides comprehensive ambulatory primary health care services across the lifespan in collaboration with other health professionals and ensures continuity of care, coordination and patient follow-up.

  Qualifications:

  Must be licensed as a physician in the State of Michigan

  Must hold a Michigan Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance License

  Must have a Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration

  Board Certification in a primary care field preferred

  Bilingual in Spanish / English preferred
