Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems to diagnose malfunctions
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used

Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of welding, industrial electrician work, or industrial mechanics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and ability to perform basic repairs
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including reading schematics and working with low voltage
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
