Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our experienced rehab team. Join a collaborative team that is committed to quality therapy and compassionate patient care to work at Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Tucson at 2025 W. Orange Grove Rd. 

Position Purpose

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education: Required: Bachelor/Master/or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in physical therapy.

Experience: Preferred: One (1) year in rehab or post acute care

Skills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.

Licenses/Certifications: "Required: Current Arizona Physical Therapist license;
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)BLS certification
Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card "
