Northwest Landscape Services is Hiring a Landscape Crew Member Near Woodinville, WA
Northwest Landscape Services (NLS), a part of the Monarch Landscaping Family, is looking for a few employees for immediate employment in our Landscape Maintenance department at our Woodinville location.
Starting Pay: $20-23/hr.
Shift: 4 10 hour shifts opportunity to work overtime on the 5th day.
What You Will Be Doing as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: lawncare, bed care (raking, weeding, etc), pruning/plant care
- Operate basic landscape maintenance tools and equipment, such as lawn mower, backpack blowers, hand pruners, etc.
- Promote and maintain safe working conditions
- Lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
- This job involves significant movement on your feet throughout the workday
Qualifications:
- 1 years in landscape work, either maintenance or enhancements, required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis and to be able to walk up to 8,000 steps/day
- Driver’s License preferred
- Ability to Communicate in Both English and Spanish preferred
- Commitment to 100% on-time attendance and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions
- Willingness to work as a team with a diverse set of co-workers

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
