Are you ready to take your Charge Nurse experience to the next leadership level? Northwest Kidney Centers has an outstanding opportunity for full-time, variable shift Nurse Supervisor at our Seattle Kidney Center.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible to the Clinical Nurse Manager for the daily evening operations of the dialysis unit. The responsibilities include patient and staff scheduling, supervision of staff in the Unit and of monitoring daily productivity, and providing cost effective, standardized high quality dialysis care to the patients. The Nursing Supervisor assures compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse license in State of Washington
  • 3 years of institutional clinical nursing experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior dialysis nursing and charge nurse experience

Shift

Variable shift (0800-2030/1100-2330), Full time, 40 hours, Mon-Fri.
