NORTHWEST JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE RAM is Hiring an Automotive Title Clerk Near Beaverton, OR

Our office is searching for an efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle titles. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service abilities will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Used Vehicle inventory entry into DMS.
  • DMV processing: retail, wholesale, in state and out of state, in accordance with state guidelines.
  • Processes DMV with VITU for Oregon deals, and post VITU submissions to GL.
  • Verify trades and Form 165 submission to DMV for trades.
  • Maintain DMV trip permits /Temporary permits; submitting and reordering as required.
  • Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolve in a timely manner.
  • Late title issues/ calling for titles (dealers/payoffs, etc.)
  • Communication with all auctions for titles/payments
  • Communicate with customers and lenders on questions, delays, or title status.
  • Weekly schedule management as assigned.
  • Works with vendors during flooring audits and or DMV audits
  • Post and Process Wholesale Transactions.
  • Assist with daily office work and deposits
  • Assist with month end and year end inventory reconciliation
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 Years Automotive dealership Title Clerk Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of state-specific title regulations and requirements
  • Customer Service Experience necessary
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office Word/Excel)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be able to stay on task.
  • Must be able to view a computer screen for a significant portion of the work day.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
