About the Job

Are you a social worker with experience working with foster, adoptive, and kinship families, and a passion to support families through their journey? Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Foster, Adoptive, and Kinship Social Worker to help us expand our specialized services for foster, adoptive, and kinship families. This position will complete assessments, assist families secure resources and facilitate support groups. They’ll also complete community outreach to develop positive relationships with local organizations.

Salary Range

$18.00-$22.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, and education level) 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required
• At least 1 year of experience doing similar work is required
• Experience working with or as foster, adoptive, and/or kinship families is required
• Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
