Northwest Hills Chevrolet Buick GMC is Hiring an INTERNAL - Automotive Sales Associate Near Torrington, CT

No previous Automotive experience? No problem. Do you have Sales or Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Sales Associates at Northwest Hills Chevrolet Buick GMC.

Previous Automotive experience is not required. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in automotive.

Responsibilities

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Experience a Plus but not required
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
