Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Support/General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support the operations of our container transloading facility located in Dillon, SC.

Responsibilities:

- Weigh inbound and outbound trucks
- Probe/take samples of inbound trucks to monitor quality
- Monitor and keep up with product inventory levels
- Communicate with trucking companies and grain inspectors to schedule weekly container loading and work through issues that arise
- Monitor steamship line booking numbers to ensure loading dates are valid/correct

- Document and verify crucial inbound/outbound scale ticket information into databases
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently

-Ability to perform some manual labor when needed- help with unloading trucks and loading containers

Requirements:

- Basic computer/internet skills required- Microsoft Excel, Word and email
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of agriculture/commodities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions

- Phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills for data entry and database management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
