Physician Clinics Manager
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the physician clinics. Provide administrative support and oversee the hiring and training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans. Supervises the day-to-day activities of a healthcare facility by handling both medical and administrative tasks. The main duties include developing and managing budgets, creating schedules for other employees, and hiring and training new team members.
Essential Job Functions
·Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
·Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
·Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
·Manage staff schedules
·Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
·Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
·Approve payroll
·Perform employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
·Partners with Human Resources on employee relation matters
·Take inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment
·Assists Director in RHC Compliance
·Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
Qualifications for Clinic Manager
·3 years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
·2 years of proven success in leadership roles is required
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
·Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
·Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
·Extremely organized and detail oriented
·Ability to delegate tasks as needed
