JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager or Program Director, will perform tasks supporting delivery of patient care. While performing tasks, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, strong customer service skills are essential with internal and external customers. Position will provide clinical and operational support during the delivery of patient care. Prepares patients for examination, procedures, and takes vital signs which are then documented in the EMR. Supports front desk operations as needed. In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager, facilitates ordering of medical supplies. Participates in maintaining a safe patient environment at all times. Must have strong organizational skills.
