Under general supervision, a surgical technologist assists the physician in surgery by performing technical and other delegated duties. They function as a member of the surgical team, working in conjunction with the physicians, nurses and other surgical technologists to provide superb care to surgical patients of age specific groups identified in the ASC standards of care. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
