Laborer

Northwest Exteriors, LLC, a locally owned general contractor, is looking for a laborer to join their team!

Job Qualifications

· Must have some experience in the construction industry

· Experience performing roofing and siding is preferred

· Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

· Must have own basic carpentry tools

· Must be dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented

· Must be able to take directions, work with other team members, as well as on your own

Job Duties

· We work year-round outside in all the elements, so you must be able to perform in all weather conditions (rain, snow, or shine). Must be able to come to work prepared.

· We specialize in the installation of roofing, siding, and windows, but also perform other general carpentry as needed.

Compensation

· $31,000 - $52,000 annually

· We offer competitive pay based on experience and knowledge.

· Compensation is paid weekly.

Schedule

· Work is generally year-round, Monday – Friday. Must expect some overtime in the summer months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,360.00 - $45,760.00 per year
