Northwest Distributing, Co., Inc. needs to build our management team at our Taco John’s in Gillette, Wyoming. We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager at this location.

Northwest Distributing Co, Inc. owns and operates multiple quick service restaurants in Wyoming and Montana.

Minimum job requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year of restaurant experience.
• Proven track record and success in past employment.
• Experience working in a leadership or shift supervisory position.
• *Bonus -- Previous Taco John’s or other quick-serve restaurant shift supervisor or management experience!

Responsibilities:

• Assistant managers at Taco John’s are responsible for managing dining room and kitchen functions while motivating the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations and deliver guest first service through timely and quality service.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure that Food Safety is the top training priority in store operations; role model and enforce safe food handling practices.
• Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and team members.
• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
