YOUR DAY

As a Concrete and Steel Erection Laborer, your role includes a blend of responsibilities. With a CDL license, you spend approximately 70% of your time engaged in the tasks of concrete and steel erection labor, meticulously crafting the structural backbone of projects across Northwest Wisconsin. The remaining 30% sees you behind the wheel, hauling vital materials and equipment between job sites, ensuring seamless progress and efficient operations. Expect each week and day to present new challenges and opportunities, keeping your work fresh and engaging.

For those without a CDL, your focus shifts primarily onsite, where you play a pivotal role in setting and pouring concrete, while also contributing to steel erection tasks such as installing metal roofs and walls. This multifaceted position promises both variety and the satisfaction of contributing to the physical realization of construction projects!

YOUR HOURS

Your schedule consists of a minimum of 40 hours per week, spread out over 5 days. During the busier seasons of summer and fall, you can anticipate working overtime hours ranging from 45 to 50 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONCRETE AND STEEL ERECTION LABORER

• Willingness to work hard, show up, and be self-reliant

Preferred:

• 1 years of experience in semi trucks as well as truck and triaxle trailers
• CDL
• Without a CDL,1 years of similar manual labor experience
