Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a warehouse setting. Duties:
- Bag and seal materials, wood shavings, and residential pellets. This needs to be done quickly, neatly, and stacked onto pallets.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with inventory management and organization within the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand and power tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
