Northwest Autism Center in beautiful Spokane, Washington is seeking an energetic and innovative Speech Language Pathologist to work full time in our Early Intensive 48-Day ABA clinic, as well as provide speech treatment to individuals with speech, language and communication needs in the community. Our ABA clinic serves children (age 2 – 5 years old) with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, and their families. The Speech and Language clinic operates separately to support children and adolescents in our community with speech and language needs. Services are provided individually as well as in small groups. Preference will be given to candidates with a robust foundation in the use of AAC and AAC devices.
As the only nonprofit ABA organization in the Inland Pacific Northwest, Northwest Autism Center’s mission is to support, facilitate and build accessible and comprehensive community-based approaches to help children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities in the Inland Northwest. You won’t find this range of service provision anywhere else!
Successful SLP candidates will have the required education, knowledge and experience (as outlined below), and be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. (Schedules can be flexible based on client needs and general workload.)
