Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to pool maintenance and equipment repair. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to use power tools and hand tools, and a strong attention to detail.

Duties:

- Complete seasonal pool openings and closings

- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment for issues

- Repair or replace faulty pool equipment components

- Test and adjust water chemistry levels as needed

- Maintain accurate records of service visits and repairs

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role preferred

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in equipment repair

- Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance procedures

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
